UK Premises Licence Preflight MCP

Terms — UK Premises Licence Preflight MCP

Draft terms describing the current premises-licensing product boundary.

Product boundary

This service provides evidence-first premises-licensing preflight information for supported local authorities and structured Licensing Act 2003 scenarios.

It is not licensing-authority approval, legal advice, professional certification, or a guarantee that an application will be granted.

Review status

Draft public copy: owner/legal review is required before external publication, including operator identity, refund/cancellation wording, governing law, retention periods, and support commitments.

Use

Use free discovery, readiness, and source-status tools before a paid decision. Submit only the structured facts relevant to the selected local-authority scenario.

The service does not submit applications to a licensing authority, issue licences, produce inspection ratings, verify a live venue, or replace professional/legal advice.

Results

Results are deterministic and evidence-linked. Unknown or incomplete inputs, stale or unavailable official evidence, changed sources, and unresolved local-policy conditions remain UNKNOWN, confirmation-required, REVIEW_REQUIRED, or fail closed rather than being guessed.

Payment

x402 agent/API payment remains separate from the optional human/business report. A success URL or arbitrary query parameter alone never unlocks a report; an active shared-platform entitlement must be verified first.
